Most of the river is shallow enough to easily stand up in case of a rare tip out of your boat. The trip starts and finishes in historic downtown Clarkdale, where you can learn about the importance of the Verde River, the history of Clarkdale, and discover some of the best local spots in the Verde Valley. Rates for adults are $98 and $74.50 for children aged 4-12, who must be accompanied by an adult.
