Participants must be able to swim, and groups of up to 5 people per instructor can be accommodated. Larger groups can easily be accommodated by providing an additional instructor, ensuring that everyone can participate and have a great time out on the water. To make the most of your stand-up paddleboarding adventure, remember to bring swimwear, sunscreen, water, and a towel. These essentials will help you stay comfortable and protected as you navigate the waters and enjoy the experience. Whether you're a beginner or looking to improve your skills, an intro SUP lesson is a fantastic way to try something new and have an unforgettable day on the water.
