Participants are encouraged to bring a swimsuit, towel, water bottle, and sun protection, including reef-safe sunscreen to protect the local marine environment. If you do not have reef-safe sunscreen, alternative options are available for purchase on site. With all equipment provided, including a mask, snorkel, mermaid tail, monofin, weight belt, and weights, participants will learn essential mermaid skills such as warm-up stretches, equipment care, breath-holding, weighting, mermaid diving, and other safe mermaiding techniques.
