Experience the ultimate adventure on this unique combo tour that combines a surf lesson and yoga class in the stunning Costa da Caparica region where the Tagus River meets the ocean. With expert surf instructors and a certified Yoga Teacher, start your day with a relaxing one-hour Yoga Workshop on the beach followed by a thrilling two-hour surf lesson. All equipment is provided for both activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. This active tour not only allows you to learn or practice two healthy and fun activities but also offers the opportunity to explore the beautiful coastline of Portugal. Included in the program are transportation, a local guide, a 2-hour surf session (if selected), a 2-hour bodyboard session (if selected), full surf or bodyboard equipment, a 1-hour yoga beach session, certified instructors, sports insurance, and souvenir photos/video footage (if selected). Participants must be between 6 and 65 years old and should be confident swimmers in ocean waves to ensure safety during the activities. Private sessions with video correction are available, with pick-up options from hotels or apartments in Lisbon City and Costa da Caparica area. Please remember to bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, water, and a light snack for the day. It is advised that pregnant women, non-swimmers, individuals with back, heart, bone, or joint problems in the lower and upper limbs should not participate in this activity. Be prepared with appropriate attire for both activities and note that this experience is weather and sea condition-dependent. In the event of cancellation, alternative dates or a full refund will be offered. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of EUR 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
