Our most popular 3-day boat adventure includes the rental of a boat, paddles, life jackets, safety orientation, river maps, dry bags, water jugs, access to private land for camping, and all necessary shuttles. The trip begins below the James River, offering exciting rapids suitable for canoes carrying camping gear, stunning mountain views, fishing spots, swimming holes, and excellent camping opportunities. Customers are shuttled 33 miles upstream to the Glen Wilton public boat landing and float back to our Buchanan shop, camping at private sites along the way. The last day allows for flexibility in scheduling as customers end where their car is parked, eliminating the need for a return shuttle. To ensure safety, a minimum of 2 persons is required for this adventure. Customers will experience an unforgettable journey through beautiful landscapes, thrilling rapids, and peaceful camping spots along the river. The trip offers a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and outdoor exploration for all participants. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
